Hello and welcome to the Sunday 6-Pack where we crack open six of the tastiest stories in the NFL. It’s Week 17, the final week of the regular season in the NFL, and there were plenty of tasty stories to choose from to fit into the Sunday 6-Pack. We got Week 17 started with a rad game between AFC East divisional foes and playoff participants as the Miami Dolphins were hosting the New England Patriots. Tom Brady and company were anything but gracious house guests as they stomped the Dolphins 35-14 on route to the #1 seed in the AFC and securing home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Up next it was onto Philly as the Eagles were hosting the Dallas Cowboys. Dallas rested most of their starters but the story here was the return of Tony Romo. Number 9 only played one series, but he was sharp and finished that drive with a td pass. It wasn’t enough though as the Cowboys fell 27-13. Our next tasty story takes us to the AFC West were the fates have drastically changed over the last two weeks. Last week the Raiders lost Derek Carr, this week they lost to the Denver Broncos and lost the #2 seed and the AFC West. The Kansas City Chiefs took advantage of the Raiders woes and a depleted Chargers team taking the West, a bye, and at least one home game in the playoffs. Then it was back to the NFC East as the Washington Redskins were hosting the New York Giants. All the Skins had to do was win and be in, but they fell just short as the Giants won 19-10 and ended the season for the Washington. That set things up for the final regular season game of the 2016 NFL Season as the Detroit Lions were hosting the Green Bay Packers for the NFC North Championship. It was vintage Aaron Rodgers on display in Detroit and the Pack took the game and the NFC North with the 31-24 victory.
