Sunday 6-Pack: 2017 Week 4 Recap

Welcome to the Sunday 6-Pack where we crack open six of the tastiest stories in the NFL. Week 3 was chock full of last second wins, overtimes games, and major upsets. Well, Week 4 kicked off promising even more of the same. We got started down in Big D as the Dallas Cowboys were hosting the Los Angeles Rams. Todd Gurley was the man late and the Rams pulled off the comeback beating the Boys 35-30. Then it was up to New England where the Patriots were hosting Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. After the Panthers got stomped at home by the Saints last week, a team the Patriots destroyed, most people had this as an easy Patriots win. Unfortunately for Pats fans, there would be no magic comeback in back to back weeks as the Panthers pulled off the huge upset, beating the Pats 33-30. Then it was out to Baltimore for a grimy AFC North battle as the Ravens were hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers. Both teams have built their reputations on their defenses but it was the Steel Curtain on display Sunday hassling Joe Flacco and the Ravens all day. The Steelers get the big 26-9 win on the road. Up next was probably the biggest upset of the day as the nine point underdog Buffalo Bills were up in the nest down in the Atl. The Falcons were the only undefeated team left in the NFC, but at the end of the game they would taste their first loss. It was the Bills escaping with the win, beating the Falcons 23-17. We left one tasty story for the late games as the Denver Broncos were hosting the Oakland Raiders. Things went from bad to worse for the Raiders. They were losing the game, then they lost Derek Carr. The Broncos weren’t pretty but just good enough to beat the Raiders 16-10. We wrap up this 6-Pack with some total fantasy domination. Help Casey and Dave crack open this super tasty Week 3 edition of the Sunday 6-Pack. We’re not the suits that talk football, we’re the dudes that know football!
