3 And Out: Eagles vs Patriots: Super Bowl LII Recap

Welcome to this very special Super Bowl Recap edition of 3 And Out. We were down to one game to rule them all and it was the NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles taking on the AFC Champion New England Patriots. This was the first Super Bowl appearance for most of the Eagles, just not for Chris Long and LeGarrette Blount, both of whom were there last year as members of the New England Patriots. Speaking of Patriots, this was the 8th trip to the Super Bowl during the Tom Brady and Bill Belichick era. Many people thought experience would play a huge factor in deciding the victors, that definitely wasn’t the case. The Eagles came out strong, got an early lead and held it most of the game. It wasn’t until late in the 4th quarter that the Patriots finally took their first lead. That lead would be short lived as the Eagles stormed back, taking the lead for good. When the confetti finally settled it was Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles and the Philadelphia Eagles who were finally the champions of the world as they beat Tom Brady and the Patriots 41-33. So much NFL goodness. Get your Super Bowl LII fix right here with Casey and Dave as we go 3 And Out!
