Welcome to the Sunday 6-Pack where we crack open six of the tastiest stories in the NFL. The NFL watching world has been getting used to awesome Thursday Night Football action and Week 4 did not disappoint. It was out to Los Angeles as Jared Goff and the Los Angeles Rams hosted Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings were much better than last week but still not good enough to take down the Rams. Goff lit Minnesota us with five touchdowns as the Rams stayed undefeated with the 38-31 victory. Up next, it was down to the dirty as Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons were hosting the Cincinnati Bengals. This thing went back and forth until the final seconds of the game when Andy Dalton hit AJ Green for a late touchdown to steal the 37-36 victory from the Falcons. Then it was down to Big D as the Dallas Cowboys were hosting the Detroit Lions. Dallas dominated most of the game yet found themselves down by one with just over two minutes to go in the game. Turns out that was plenty of time for Dak to lead the Boys into field goal range, where they connected with the game winner. Dallas sends the Lions home as losers with a 26-24 defeat. Our next game featured two first place teams as Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans were hosting the world champ and NFC East leading Philadelphia Eagles. This game needed extra time to finish this game. And when the clock hit zeroes, it was the Titans that were triumphant, beating the Eagles 26-23. Then it was out to the Blackhole as the Oakland Raiders are hosting Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns. Browns receivers didn’t really help Baker out, and neither did the refs. A questionable spot, forced the Browns to punt. The Raiders turned that break into overtime, and turned overtime into a victory. Raiders get their first win 45-42.
